Meet The Founder
With over 15 years of experience in insurance planning, financial services and human capital management, Ms. Cohen has become an expert in serving clients needs throughout the United States. Over the last decade, she has grown into the specialty of Employee Benefits consulting. She has exceptional skill and expertise curating plan design and strategy across industries, growth stages, and talent concerns. Ms. Cohen is passionate about her practice and truly enjoys making a difference for companies, individuals and families, while providing flexible and compliant healthcare options for all.
Ms. Cohen is licensed for the sale of property & casualty insurance, as well as for all life, health, and fixed-annuity products. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Barry University, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and Certification in Industrial/Organizational Development. She is the recipient of numerous professional awards in her fields of practice, including Paychex, Guardian Life, and The Million Dollar Round Table.
Ms. Cohen is a native Floridian and very active in her community. She has served in leadership positions for numerous organizations and philanthropic causes including Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, United Way, The Jewish Federation, Cystic Fibrosis, Miami Beach Chamber’s Board of Governors, Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Riverwalk Trust, NAPEO and FAPEO.
